Whether you are ordering an individual or portfolio appraisal, you have the option of upgrading from a standard appraisal to a premier appraisal. The premier appraisal will provide you with the same appraised value as you would get from a standard appraisal, but your appraisal will include a written section detailing the reasoning used to reach the appraised value.
